NOVELTY - Modifying agent comprises 100-120 pts. wt. biochar, 20-30 pts. wt. nano iron powder, 3-8 pts. wt. polymethacrylic acid, 2-6 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 2-5 pts. wt. polystyrene sulfonic acid, 5-15 pts. wt. modified nano titanium dioxide, 5-15 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-10 pts. wt. polyurethane, 3-8 pts. wt. fructose, 2-7 pts. wt. organic acid, 3-6 pts. wt. amino acid and 1-2 pts. wt. metal catalyst. USE - The modifying agent is useful for repairing organic polluted soil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modifying agent: can degrade PAHs in contaminated soil; has stable performance, fast soil remediation speed, and excellent effect; is conducive to ecological restoration of contaminated soil. The method: has simple preparation process, excellent economic benefits and extensive social benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modifying agent, comprising (i) adding polymethacrylic acid, polymethyl methacrylate and polystyrene sulfonic acid into nano iron powder, mixing, heating and stirring evenly to obtain material a, (ii) adding metal catalyst into material a, and stirring evenly to obtain material b, (iii) adding fructose, organic acid, amino acid and polyurethane into a stirring tank and stirring evenly to obtain material c, (iv) adding material b, modified nano-titanium dioxide, nano-zinc oxide and graphene into the biochar and mixing them evenly to obtain material d, and (v) adding material c into material d, mixing evenly, cooling, drying, and crushing to obtain final product.
