NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene modified thermoplastic starch composite material comprises thermoplastic starch as base material and graphene oxide as filler, and components comprises 67-80wt.% thermoplastic starch, 19.8-26.6wt.% plasticizer and 0.2-6.4wt.% graphene oxide. USE - Oxidized graphene modified thermoplastic starch composite material. ADVANTAGE - Oxidized graphene modified thermoplastic starch composite material is non-toxic and degradable, low cost, and improves tensile strength, has heat stability, heat conductivity and high water vapor transmission rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing oxidized graphene-modified thermoplastic starch composite material, which involves: (A) adding thermoplastic starch and plasticizer into high-speed mixer, then adding oxidized graphene under mixing to obtain mixture; (B) transferring the mixture into a sealed bag and placing bag in a sealed place at room temperature for 6-10 hours; and (C) placing mixture into a screw plastic extruder, extruding and cooling to room temperature to obtain an oxidized graphene modified thermoplastic starch composite material.
