▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of amino-functionalized graphene modified polyurea long-lasting anticorrosive coating involves heating polyether polyol at 95-100 degrees C under an inert environment, dehydrating for 1-1.5 hours under vacuum of -0.1 MPa to -0.5 MPa, removing the vacuum, cooling to less than 40 degrees C, adding polyisocyanate, again heating at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, reacting, measuring isocyanate value, discharging, filtering and packaging. The isocyanate-terminated semi-prepolymer component (A) is prepared by using polyether polyol and polyisocyanate in a mass ratio of 100:(66-155). The component (B) is prepared by taking amino polyether, amine chain extender, aminated graphene, color paste, wetting and dispersing agent and anti-settling wax in a mass ratio of (55-65):(20-30):(10-15):(2-5):(0.5-1):(1-1.5), stirring, grinding and filtering. USE - The method is useful for preparing amino-functionalized graphene modified polyurea long-lasting anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares amino-functionalized graphene modified polyurea long-lasting anticorrosive coating with low permeability.
