NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene is stratified, and gradually outwards is sleeved at the outer side of the inner layer graphene. USE - Three-dimensional graphene. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene has special sleeve-shaped structure, has excellent mechanical property, structural stability, has certain anisotropy on the direction vertical to the bottom surface and parallel bottom surface, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing three-dimensional graphene which involves: (A) adding crystalline flake graphite into concentrated sulfuric acid and stirring; (B) adding potassium permanganate, stirring uniformly; (C) adding de-ionized water and hydrogen peroxide solution; (D) filtering to obtain the precipitate; (E) washing to obtain graphite oxide; (F) ultrasonicating; (G) hydrothermally reducing graphite oxide to obtain three dimensional graphene hydrogel; and (H) freeze drying to obtain three-dimensional graphene.
