▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Golf ball comprises: an inner core comprising a polybutadiene material; an outer core comprising 0.1-5 wt.% of polybutadiene material and a graphene material, where the outer core has a flexural modulus of 80-95 MPa; and a cover layer disposed over the outer core, where the cover layer is composed of an ionomer material, a dual core comprises the inner core, and the outer core has a compression value of 40-55. USE - Used as golf balls. ADVANTAGE - The golf balls utilize the graphene that: improves durability of ball core and improve the impact strength of the ball, thus resulting in higher mean time to fail (MTTF) upon repeated impact in a high speed testing device or with a golf club in normal play; and improves aging properties due to the incorporation of graphene in the core for better retention of compression and coefficient of restitution over time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a golf ball comprising an inner core comprising 0.1-5 wt.% of polybutadiene and a graphene material, an outer core comprising 0.1-5 wt.% of polybutadiene and a graphene material, where the outer core has a flexural modulus of 80-95 MPa, a mantle layer, and a cover composed of a thermoplastic polyurethane material and having a shore A hardness less than 100, where a core comprising the inner core and the outer core has a compression value of 40-55. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows an exploded partial cut-away view of the golf ball. Golf ball (10) Inner core (12a) Outer core (12b) Inner mantle (14a) Outer mantle (14b)
