▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Formation of a graphene film (113) on a substrate (101) involves depositing graphene on a surface (103) of the substrate by a vapor deposition step (s1) to form a discontinuous graphene crystal layer, depositing a graphene oxide layer (107) on the discontinuous graphene crystal layer to form a composite layer (109), and depositing graphene on the composite layer by a vapor deposition step (s2). The graphene oxide layer is reduced to a graphene layer during the step (s2). USE - Formation of graphene film on substrate such as glass, glass-ceramic and crystalline substrate for manufacturing display device, organic light-emitting diode (all claimed) and light filters. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has excellent transmittance and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a coated substrate, which comprises the graphene film on the surface(s). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view explaining the growth of graphene onto the substrate.
