NOVELTY - Oxygen-containing azide group functionalized modified graphene oxide nano material is prepared by adding an organic azide compound into the aqueous dispersion of the graphene oxide, stirring and reacting for 30-60 minutes at 0-10degrees Celsius, and carrying out after treatment on the obtained reaction solution to obtain a product, is claimed, where the organic azide is 1,5-diazabicyclo 4.3.0 non-5-ene or diphenyl phosphorazidate. The mass ratio of the graphene oxide contained in the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to the organic azide is 40:1-4. The volume of water contained in the aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide is 200-500 ml/g based on the mass of the graphene oxide. USE - The nano material is useful in preparing antipollution antibacterial ultra-filtration and micro-filtration membrane.
