NOVELTY - A composite positive current collector comprises a protective layer, a graphene metallized layer and a conductive layer, sequentially arranged on a surface of an insulating layer. The protective layer is made of metal oxide, and the graphene metallization layer contains highly reduced graphene oxide with oxygen-containing organic groups. USE - Composite positive current collector used for electrode for secondary battery e.g. lithium-ion secondary battery for battery module for battery pack for electrical device (all claimed) such as electric vehicles and consumer electronics. ADVANTAGE - The damage or water deterioration caused by the protection layer caused by moisture in the electrolyte or air is prevented or reduced. The bonding force between each layer in the composite positive electrode collector is improved. The conductive layer is prevented from falling, and the mechanical strength is enhanced. The cycle life of the secondary battery is increased. The material conductivity and functional group number are better balanced. The covalent bond number is prepared. The gradient gradual change of more coherent interlayer parameter is realized.
