NOVELTY - High density polyethylene and high thermal conductivity composite material comprises 50-120 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 40-60 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone resin, 10-30 pts. wt. silicone carbide, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0-50 pts. wt. thermal conductive powder. USE - Used as high density polyethylene and high thermal conductivity composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material reduces the crystallinity of high-density polyethylene, improves the fluidity of the melt, the thermal conductivity of the high-density polyethylene and high thermal conductivity composite material is 34W/k.m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high density polyethylene and high thermal conductivity composite material comprising (i) taking each above component, placing the high-density polyethylene into the molten stirring tank, filling with nitrogen, heating jacket at 110-120℃ adding hydroxy silicone resin, stirring at 30-50 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours ; (ii) respectively adding silicone carbide, graphene and heat-conducting powder into the kettle through the meter of the melting and stirring kettle, and heating at 130-135℃, and continuously stirring for 30-60 minutes; (iii) connecting the discharge port of the molten stirring tank to the screw extruder, and heating the screw extruder at 138℃, introducing nitrogen gas into the melting stirring tank, opening the discharge valve of the melting stirring tank, and extruding the molten material from the screw extruder to make strips or columns of required size.
