NOVELTY - Environment-friendly microemulsion cutting fluid comprises 8-18 pts. wt. castor oil, 10-25 pts. wt. compound organic antirust agent, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. nano additives, 3-12 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether-30, 3-8 pts. wt. anionic surfactant, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. polyether ester defoamer, and balanced water. The composite organic antirust agent comprises tribasic carboxylic acid alcohol amine and ricinoleic acid alcohol amine in a mass ratio of 2:1. The nano-additive comprises nano-molybdenum disulfide and graphene at a mass ratio of 1:1.4-1.9. The anionic surfactant is castor oil polyoxyethylene ether and polyethylene glycol 400 at a ratio of 1:0.425-0.836. USE - Environment-friendly microemulsion cutting fluid.
