NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced tourmaline modified asphalt material comprises a matrix asphalt and a second dispersant, where further comprising a graphene reinforced tourmaline; and the preparation of graphene reinforced tourmaline comprising firstly, modifying the tourmaline powder with the coupling agent, the coupling agent modified tourmaline powder, modifying the graphene with a first dispersant to obtain high concentration stable graphene dispersion; then the composite coupling agent modified tourmaline powder and the high concentration stable graphene dispersion are combined by microwave synthesis to prepare graphene-reinforced tourmaline. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced tourmaline modified asphalt material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-enriched tourmaline: partially covers the surface of the tourmaline and forms a three-dimensional epitaxial structure, so the tourmaline powder is easily and uniformly dispersed in the asphalt. The graphene-enhanced tourmaline modified asphalt material: can obviously reduces the aging speed of the asphalt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the graphene-reinforced tourmaline modified asphalt material comprising (1) using 100 pts. wt. matrix asphalt, 5-30 pts. wt. graphene reinforced tourmaline, and 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. second dispersant, adding the coupling agent and the tourmaline powder to the absolute ethanol at a mass ratio of 1:40, ultrasonically dispersing under the condition of 30 degrees C for 3 hours, drying, ball milling into powder to obtain a coupling agent modified tourmaline powder; (2) adding the first dispersant and graphene to the water at a mass ratio of 1:30, placing in ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing at 45 degrees C for 5 hours, allowing to stand, taking the upper layer to obtain a high concentration of stable graphene dispersion with a concentration of 3-5mg/l; (3) using the coupling agent modified tourmaline powder is added to a high concentration stable graphene dispersion, where the mass ratio of tourmaline powder to graphene is (9-332):1; adjusting the pH to 7-9, placing in a microwave reactor at 60-65 degrees C, oscillating and reacting for 50-60 minutes, then drying to obtain graphite step by step, heating the matrix asphalt to 150 plus minus 5 degrees C, then adding the graphene-reinforced tourmaline to the matrix asphalt in batches, adding the second dispersant, adopting high speed shearing machine, stirring at 1200 rpm for 10 minutes, and then stirring at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes, and stirring at 1200 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain graphene-reinforced tourmaline modified asphalt material.
