NOVELTY - A low reflectivity coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid resin, 9.5-22.5 pts. wt. carbon black/silicon dioxide composite material loaded with special pigment, 20- 30 pts. wt. ester solvent, 20-30 pts. wt. benzene solvent, 2-4 pts. wt. acrylic block copolymer, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. polyether modified dimethyl silicone polymer and 1-2 pts. wt. polyamide wax. The component B comprises 15-20 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dehydrating agent, 40-45 pts. wt. benzene solvent and 40 -45 pts. wt. ester solvent. USE - Use Low-reflectivity coating is used in surface coating of display and optical lens (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has low reflectivity, and is easily sprayed in construction, and does not turn white or grey, when coated. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of low-reflectivity coating, which involves: 1) dissolving oxidation graphene in water, adding samarium nitrate and cerium nitrate, adjusting pH of solution to 9-10, hydrothermally reacting, cooling to room temperature, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide loaded with samarium oxide (Sm2O3) and cerium oxide (CeO2); 2) mixing alkyl orthosilicate with water, ethanol and concentrated hydrochloric acid, reacting to obtain silica sol; 3) grinding carbon black and aluminium powder with loaded graphene oxide, to obtain a mixture, adding silica sol, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain mixed silica sol; 4) calcining the mixed silica sol to obtain calcined product; 5) adding calcined product into water, adding ammonia water and hydrazine hydrate, heating, filtering, washing to obtain reduced product; 6) adding the reducing product into ethanol solution, dispersing uniformly, adding coupling agent, heating, filtering, drying to obtain carbon black/silicon dioxide composite material loaded with special pigments; 7) ball milling carbon black/silicon dioxide composite material loaded with special pigment, to form finely ground composite of particle size less than 5 μm; 8) adding ground carbon black/silicon dioxide composite material, polyacrylic acid resin, acrylic block copolymer into mixed solvent of ester and benzene, adding initiator, heating, then adding polyether modified dimethyl silicone polymer and polyamide wax, mixing uniformly to obtain component A; 9) adding polyisocyanate and dehydrating agent into mixed solvent of benzene and ester, stirring uniformly, controlling the environment humidity between 40 -60 %, obtaining component B; 10) mixing component A and component B with diluting solvent in a mass ratio 4: 1: 2-4, using air spray gun spraying, drying to film thickness 30-40 μm.
