NOVELTY - Preparation of fabric includes weighing 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 6-15 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-7 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3-9 pts. wt. melamine, 5-10 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent and 2-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, mixing polyurethane, polyacrylamide and polyethylene terephthalate, heating, adding graphene, mixing, adding magnesium hydroxide, melamine and dioctyl phthalate, mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding stabilizer and curing agent, mixing, cooling to obtain waterproof flame retardant layer material, weighing flax fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, chitosan, polypropylene, polyamide, nano titanium dioxide, nano zinc oxide, modified attapulgite clay, additive and auxiliary agent, dispersing, standing, crushing, extruding, spinning, weighing bamboo charcoal fibers, flax fibers and synthetic fibers, twisting, weaving, coating and drying. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of fabric comprises weighing 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 6-15 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-7 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3-9 pts. wt. melamine, 5-10 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent and 2-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, mixing polyurethane, polyacrylamide and polyethylene terephthalate, heating at 70-80 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, adding graphene, mixing for 1.5-2 hours, adding magnesium hydroxide, melamine and dioctyl phthalate, mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding stabilizer and curing agent, mixing for 10-20 minutes at 2000-2500 revolutions per minute for 8-10 minutes, cooling to obtain waterproof flame retardant layer material, weighing 10-16 pts. wt. flax fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 3-8 pts. wt. chitosan, 20-32 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-25 pts. wt. polyamide, 2-6 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. modified attapulgite clay, 3-6 pts. wt. additive and 1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, weighing modified attapulgite clay, mixing with water, adding additive, mixing, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, standing for 1-2 hours, removing water, weighing chitosan, polypropylene, polyamide, nano-titanium dioxide, nano-zinc oxide and mixture for 15-20 minutes, crushing refined product, adding auxiliary agent, mixing, extruding, spinning to obtain synthetic fibers, weighing bamboo charcoal fibers, flax fibers and synthetic fibers, twisting, weaving fabric to obtain base fabric, coating the surface of the base fabric with waterproof flame-retardant layer material and drying by heat setting machine.
