▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A doped graphene is prepared by cleaning metal material and drying, subjecting dried substrate in reaction chamber, introducing 10-1000 sccm protective gas and keeping for 1-60 minutes in reaction chamber, heating to 750-1100 degrees C, introducing gaseous carbon-containing material at flow rate of 20-1000 sccm and gaseous nitrogen-containing material at flow rate of 10-200sccm with atomic ratio carbon:nitrogen of 2-20:1, and maintaining reaction for 1-300 minutes to obtain product on surface of substrate. USE - Preparation of doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Doped graphene has low oxygen content and uniform nitrogen content, and preparation process is simple, does not need catalyst, and has simple operation and device.
