NOVELTY - High chemical oxygen demand (COD) lead-zinc industrial wastewater treatment system comprises a collection tank. A pretreatment tank whose inlet is connected to outlet of collection tank. The pretreatment tank is also connected with a first dosing device. The first dosing device is used to add easily soluble sulfide to the pretreatment tank. The primary sedimentation tank whose inlet is connected with outlet of the pretreatment tank. The primary sedimentation tank is provided with a first clear liquid outlet and a first sludge outlet. A magnetic separation reactor with an inlet communicating with the first clear liquid outlet. The Iron (II,III) oxide-based fillers are arranged in magnetic separation reactor. A catalytic oxidation reaction cell whose inlet is in communication with the outlet of the magnetic separation reactor. The front end of catalytic oxidation reaction tank is provided with a second dosing device and a third dosing device. USE - Used as high COD lead-zinc industrial wastewater treatment system. ADVANTAGE - The system: deeply remove heavy metal pollutants; removes residual organic reagents; flocculates iron ions remaining in water; can meet emission standards of final effluent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing high COD lead-zinc industrial beneficiation wastewater based on processing system.
