DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the lead storage battery positive plate comprising (1) uniformly mixing 4BS and graphene, mixing with acetylene black, and finally mixing with lead powder and red lead to obtain anode powder; (2) filling anode powder, pickling, solidifying and carrying transformation operation, and preparing lead battery tubular positive plate.
