NOVELTY - Spinning masterbatch comprises 45-49 wt.% polytrimethylene terephthalate (spinning grade polybutylene terephthalate), 35-40 wt.% polycaprolactam, 1-3 wt.% molybdenum disilicide, 1-4 wt.% tourmaline, 0.1-0.6 wt.% pigment carbon black, 1-3 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.1-1 wt.% polyethylene alcohol, 0.1-4 wt.% antimony-doped tin oxide powder and 0.1-1.0 wt.% calcium stearate. USE - Spinning masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The spinning masterbatch has good heating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for spinning masterbatch, which involves : (A) mixing 45-49 wt.% polytrimethylene terephthalate (spinning grade polybutylene terephthalate), 35-40 wt.% polycaprolactam, 1-3 wt.% molybdenum disilicide, 1-4 wt.% tourmaline, 0.1-0.6 wt.% pigment carbon black, 1-3 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.1-1 wt.% polyethylene alcohol, 0.1-4 wt.% antimony-doped tin oxide powder and 0.1-1.0 wt.% calcium stearate to obtain mixture; (B) pouring obtained mixture in twin-screw extruder; and (C) granulating to obtain masterbatch.
