NOVELTY - Carbon fiber composite material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. carbon black, 30-50 pts. wt. asphalt base carbon fiber powder, 20-40 pts. wt. graphene powder, 15-25 pts. wt. metal powder, 3-5 pts. wt. oxidizing agent and 5-10 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The carbon fiber composite material is useful in energy automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber composite material: has smooth surface, high comprehensive mechanical performance and high tensile strength, simple preparation method, high strength and light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon fiber composite material, comprising (i) extracting carbon black using ethanol as an extractive solution, then reacting and generating carbon fiber filament at the bottom of the container, (ii) smashing the carbon fiber filaments, placing in an oven for drying, and then mixing with asphalt base carbon fiber powder, graphene powder and metal powder, (iii) mixing mixed material and the resin, then heating and placing in a drawing machine and performing drawing process to obtain carbon fiber composite material, (iv) pulling out carbon fiber composite material from the drawing machine and immersing in a curing agent for curing, (v) carrying out carbonization in a carbonization furnace, and adding oxidizing agent during the carbonization to performing surface treatment, and (vi) after finishing carbonization, adding into the wire winding machine and winding to obtain final product.
