NOVELTY - Polishing powder comprises 50-80% modified cerium oxide, 10% lubricating particles, and 10-40% samarium oxide. The polishing powder is prepared by adding modified cerium oxide, lubricating particles, and samarium oxide into a mixing tank and uniformly mixing, crushing and classifying, and controlling particle size D50 to 0.5-5 mu m, and D100 to 2-25 mu m. USE - The polishing powder is useful for fine polishing of electronic display screen. ADVANTAGE - The powder has high stability; the modified cerium oxide has amphiphilic properties, good compatibility and suspension in aqueous or organic solvents; the lubricating particles have good bearing capacity, can greatly reduce the actual relative friction area, achieve the purpose of wear resistance, and improve the polishing quality with a small addition amount. The method can prevent the polishing powder from over-polishing the polishing material and improve the polishing accuracy.
