NOVELTY - A graphene lubricating oil comprises 2-3 pts. wt. lubricant additive, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. soda, 3-5 pts. wt. aminotrimethylphosphonic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. primary dodecylamine, 2-3 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 110-130 pts. wt. base oil, 0.8-1 pt. wt. benzotriazole, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 7-11 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 6-8 pts. wt. glycidol, and 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. alkali catalyst. USE - A graphene lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene effectively improves its dispersibility in lubricating oil through organically modified crosslinking, and enhances the lubricating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene lubricating oil which involves (1) taking primary dodecylamine, adding toluene to 16-20 times of its weight, stirring uniformly, adding graphene, and ultrasonicating for 10-20 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion; (2) adding phosphoric acid into graphene dispersion liquid, increasing temperature to 65-70 degrees C, and keeping temperature for 1-2 hours to obtain modified dispersion; (3) taking benzotriazole, adding toluene to 50-60 times of its weight, and stirring uniformly to obtain toluene solution; (4) taking methyl methacrylate, adding glycidol into toluene solution, stirring uniformly, feeding into the stainless steel reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adjusting temperature of reaction kettle to 90-100 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours, adding alkali catalyst, adjusting temperature of reaction kettle to 150-160 degrees C, keeping temperature and stirring for 2-3 hours, and discharging to obtain pre-dispersion; (5) taking pre-dispersion, mixing modified dispersion, stirring uniformly, adding soda, raising temperature to 110-120 degrees C, heat-preserving for 80-110 minutes, and distilling to remove toluene to obtain modified graphene; and (6) mixing modified graphene with aminotrimethylphosphonic acid and lubricating oil additive, stirring uniformly, adding to base oil, and ultrasonicating for 30-40 minutes.
