NOVELTY - The material selecting method involves researching a specific structural effect relationship according to a specific application field. A core parameter and a weight are determined. A quality uniformity evaluation matrix is provided. A target quality coefficient is set for the core parameter. The different weights are given to each key parameter according to contribution degree and importance. A matching degree coefficient of each material is calculated through a ratio of a two-dimensional material actual mass coefficient and a target mass coefficient. The material is selected. USE - Method for selecting material of two-dimensional material e.g. graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables selecting the two-dimensional material in a precise manner according to the structure and performance characteristics of the material according to different levels and directions for system research to obtain a precise material selection model in an efficient manner.
