▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aluminum-plastic film additive is prepared by performing chemical grafting modification on alkaline substance and carbon-based nano-filler using silane coupling agent, and performing end-capping coating on modified alkaline substance using hydrophobic silicone rubber to obtain additive. USE - The additive is used for preparing thermally conductive flame-retardant aluminum-plastic film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The additive has excellent heat-conducting and flame-retardant properties, improves the compatibility of polymer base portion, reduces the surface polarity, increases the compatibility of prepared additive and polypropylene material, ensures excellent mechanical property of thermal conductive flame-retardant polypropylene film, and increases the thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing aluminum-plastic film additive, involving (a) uniformly mixing silane coupling agent, deionized water and ethanol under protective atmosphere, adjusting the pH to 4.5-5.5, uniformly stirring at 30-40 degrees C for 2.5-3.5 hours, adding alkaline substance and carbon-based nano filler, heating to reflux for 5-7 hours, and cooling to room temperature, cleaning the surface multiple times, and performing vacuum drying to obtain surface grafted alkaline substance, (b) uniformly mixing surface grafted alkaline substance, toluene, silicone rubber and catalyst under protective atmosphere, heating to reflux, cooling to room temperature after completing the reaction, washing for multiple times, and drying to obtain additive; and (2) the use of aluminum-plastic film additive, involving adding 15-30 wt.% additives and 70-85 wt.% polypropylene raw materials to twin-screw blown film machine at inlet temperature of 50-90 degrees C, melting section of 164-185 degrees and high in homogenization section of 2-5 degrees C, blowing polypropylene flame-retardant thermal conductive film, and bonding the film to middle of polypropylene film and aluminum layer of aluminum-plastic film to obtain thermally conductive flame-retardant aluminum-plastic film.
