NOVELTY - A graphene film is prepared by soaking hydrophilic substrate in silane coupling agent solution for 1-2 hours, taking out and cleaning to obtain modified substrate, performing oxidation-reduction for 3 hours at room temperature, soaking in redox solution for 5-20 minutes, taking out substrate, and vacuum drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and short, has low cost, and can be performed at low temperature. The obtained graphene thin film has high electrical conductivity, and strong stability.
