NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene millimeter chip involves adding graphite oxide to deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid, dripping dispersed graphene oxide liquid on superhydrophobic surface of a substrate, adding resultant material to oven, drying at 45-85 degrees C , steaming and reducing using hydrazine. USE - Preparation of graphene millimeter chip (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene millimeter chip with surface having super-hydrophobic characteristic, with high yield.
