▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Magnetic inorganic clay-graphene composite demulsification material preparation involves dispersing graphene oxide in a polyethyleneimine aqueous solution having a concentration of 0.01-1.0 wt.% with stirring for 1-5 hours at 60-120 degrees C for 3-8 hours. The suction filtration is performed to obtain product A, which is successively washed with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water multiple times and freeze-dried to obtain graphene composite product. Ferric chloride hexahydrate, 0.1-1.5 mol sodium acetate, 0.5-1.5 g polyethylene glycol and 0.05-0.5 g silane coupling agent-modified inorganic clay are dispersed in 15-50 ml ethylene glycol with stirring, and then cooled at room temperature to obtain product B. The obtained product B is recovered with a magnet, and then washed with deionized water and absolute ethanol and then dried under vacuum to obtain ferric oxide-inorganic clay complex. USE - Method for preparing magnetic inorganic clay-graphene composite demulsification material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the magnetic inorganic clay-graphene composite demulsification material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with efficient separation of oil-in-water crude oil emulsions with different pH values and recycling of demulsified materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene oxide composite is dispersed in deionized water to obtain a solution, and then mixed with 0.01-5.0 g obtained solution of ferric tetroxide-inorganic clay composite with stirring at 60-120 degrees C for 3-8 hours to obtain product C. The obtained product C is recovered by a magnet and washed with deionized water and absolute ethanol to obtain the magnetic inorganic clay-graphene composite. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic analysis diagram of the demulsification effect of the composite demulsification material. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
