▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Bionic laminated graphene composite ceramic tool is claimed. The tool is formed by alternately overlapping the surface layer and the base layer according to the different layers and layer thickness ratio. The surface layer is made of aluminum oxide-titanium boride-graphene nano sheet composite material. The base layer is made of aluminum oxide-titanium nitride composite material. The total number of layers of the surface layer and the base layer is not less than 3 layers, and the layer thickness ratio of the surface layer to the base layer is at least 2. USE - The ceramic tool is useful in the fields of mechanical manufacturing and silicate materials. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic tool: ensure the higher strength and hardness of the ceramic tool material, and improves the fracture toughness and anti-friction and anti-wear performance of ceramic composite materials during high-speed cutting processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the bionic laminated graphene complex ceramic tool. The method utilizes graphene nanosheets and absolute ethanol solution.
