▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Durable epoxy resin anticorrosive coating comprises component A comprises 30-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5-10 pts. wt. aniline and aminosalicylic acid copolymer, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-5 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber, 0.5-3 pts. wt. additives and 15-30 pts. wt. organic solvent; and component B comprises 5-30 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The durable epoxy resin anticorrosive coating is useful in preparation of outdoor durable anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes high quality dispersion of graphene in the coating; is simplified; has good flexibility and impact resistance; has more uniform dispersion of graphene; excellent waterproof performance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparation the durable epoxy resin anticorrosive coating, comprising (S1) preparing aniline and aminosalicylic acid copolymer by mixing aniline and aminosalicylic acid at a mass ratio of 1:1, adding acetone and reacting for 2-8 hours at 20-120 degrees C under speed of 100-600 revolutions/minute to obtain a copolymer of aniline and aminosalicylic acid with a molecular weight of 300-3000, and (S2) preparing durable epoxy resin anticorrosive coating, stirring epoxy resin, aniline and aminosalicylic acid copolymer, graphene powder, ultraviolet absorbers, additives and organic solvents at a rotation speed of 300-3000 revolutions/minute for 10-60 minutes, and mixing the two components A and B; and (2) use of coating, prepared by brushing or spraying the paint on the substrate and curing it at a temperature of 60-200 degrees C for 10-60 minutes.
