▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving soluble graphite oxide and anhydrous ethanol solution. Cobalt compound is added with uniform solution, where concentration of the uniform solution is about 0.1 to 0.5 g/L. Mass rate of soluble graphite oxide is about 0.4 to 5%. Liquid dropping sodium hydroxide and anhydrous ethanol solution stirring process is performed. Graphite oxide/cobalt antimony hydroxide precursor washing and drying process is performed to obtain cobalt triantimonide/graphene nano-composite material. USE - Cobalt triantimonide/graphene nano-composite material preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing energy consumption, ensuring distribute uniform size and high Seebeck coefficient, improving thermoelectric performance and preparing the cobalt triantimonide/graphene nano-composite material in a simple and cost-effective manner.
