NOVELTY - Producing alloy catalyst, comprises adsorbing metal-aniline complex and transition metal precursor to the carbon support, and heat-treating the adsorbed metal-aniline complex and transition metal precursor. USE - The method is useful for producing alloy catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method prevents agglomeration of alloy catalyst and elution of transition metals while permeating oxygen molecules to facilitate oxidation-reduction reactions on surface of the alloy catalyst, and can produce alloy catalyst and carbon shell at the same time with uniform and thin thickness. The alloy catalyst has excellent catalytic activity and shelf life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for alloy catalyst containing carbon shell produced by the above method.
