NOVELTY - Manganese-cobalt/graphene catalyst comprises graphene as a carrier and manganese-based oxide doped with cobalt oxide an active component. USE - The manganese-cobalt/graphene catalyst is useful for lithium-air battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has good catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the catalyst, comprising (i) soaking graphene in aqueous ammonia, ultrasonic stirring, adding manganese salt, then adding cobalt salt, adjusting pH to 8-14 using alkali solution, and ultrasonic stirring for 2-10 hours; and (ii) milling using deionized water to remove the ionic impurities, and drying in a drying box at 60-150 degrees C, where the alkali solution is sodium hydroxide solution or potassium hydroxide solution.
