NOVELTY - Graphene insulation material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 15-30 pts. wt. cement clinker, 15-25 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 6-8 pts. wt. gibbsite, 3-4 pts. wt. brucite fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. fluff powder, 1-2 pts. wt. iron oxide powder, 1-2 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 2-4 pts. wt. silica sol, 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 3-4 pts. wt. polyurethane and 5-7 pts. wt. phenolic resin. USE - Used as graphene insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The material: solves the technical problems of mechanical properties and corrosion of thermal insulation materials; ensures that the graphene dispersion and the thermal insulation materials are fully mixed improving insulation performance; has extremely high mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and heat resistance; and improves the use of insulation materials.
