NOVELTY - Rice-wheat straw modified graphene friction material comprises wheat graphene solution, silver, molybdenum disulfide, rare earth salt and reducing agent. USE - The material is useful for producing metro locomotive, rail car, automobile and vehicle brake sheet material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high temperature resistance, rub resistance, bending strength, impact strength and high thermal expansion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rice-wheat straw modified graphene friction material comprising (i) mixing raw materials, (ii) pouring the rice-wheat straw graphene solution into a sealed furnace, add silvering and stirring at 220 degrees C for 10 minutes, (iii) passing chlorine gas into a furnace pressure of 10 MPa, stirring, reacting for 30 minutes, stirring, heating at 1100 degrees C for 3 hours, discharging chlorine gas after 1 hour at constant temperature, adding molybdenum disulfide, stirring, passing nitrogen for 3 hours, (iv), cooling to 800 degrees C, adding rare earth salt, stirring for 30 minutes, allowing to stand at constant temperature for 3 hours, (v) cooling to 300 degrees C, adding reducing agent, stirring for 1 hour, allowing to stand at constant temperature for 30 minutes, discharging nitrogen gas, adding reducing agent, stirring and naturally cooling to normal temperature, and (vi) pouring out the liquid in the furnace and then drying to obtain final product.
