▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Highly oriented graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid reinforced copper base composite material comprises 5-20 wt.% graphene oxide nanosheet, 5-20 wt.% carbon nanotube, and remaining amount of copper. USE - Used as highly oriented graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid reinforced copper base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The highly oriented graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid reinforced copper base composite material forms three-dimensional heat conduction path, and improves conductivity of copper-based material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing highly oriented graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid reinforced copper base composite material comprising (a) subjecting graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes to high temperature annealing treatment under argon gas treatment, (b) adding the treated graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes to anhydrous ethanol to be uniformly dispersed ultrasonically, adding copper powder and stirring uniformly to obtain composite powder suspension, (c) subjecting the composite powder suspension to vacuum-filtration using a filter membrane to produce graphene oxide/carbon nanotube/copper flakes, (d) removing graphene oxide/carbon nanotube/copper sheet from the filter membrane, and naturally drying for greater than or equal to 24 hours, and (e) charging the dried graphene oxide/carbon nanotube/copper sheet in mold, and sintering by spark plasma sintering process.
