▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Pre-impregnated composite comprises a fibrous reinforcing material and a matrix material, the matrix material comprising a resin, a hardener or graphene and a dispersing agent, where the resin or the hardener is an active hydrogen-containing component and graphene is functionalized with the dispersing agent and the active hydrogen-containing component. USE - The pre-impregnated composite is useful for composite articles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pre-impregnated composite: exhibits improved tensile strength and flexural strength and conductivity, resistance to flex and rheological performance; utilize graphene that improves mechanical and physical properties; utilize dispersing agent that increases stability of dispersion and to obtain faster wetting and optical properties; provides composite articles that exhibit reduced water permeability and improved durability, improved electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical and physical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) producing (M1) the pre-impregnated composite comprising impregnating a fibrous reinforcement material with a matrix material, the resin or the hardener is an active hydrogen-containing component and the graphene is functionalized with the dispersing agent and the active hydrogen-containing component; (2) composite article; and (3) producing (M2) composite article comprising the step of curing the pre-impregnated composite.
