NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 25-42 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-21 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. biological carbon, 3-6 pts. wt. yttrium-stabilized zirconia powder, 5-15 pts. wt. modified talc, 1-5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-8 pts. wt. curing agent, 30-50 pts. wt. solvent, 8-15 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 2-8 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-12 pts. wt. preservative, 2-7 pts. wt. thickener, 2-7 pts. wt. toughening agent, and 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Used as graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has both anti-corrosion function, and high heat absorption efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the graphene anticorrosive coating, comprising (i) taking epoxy resin, fluorocarbon resin, graphene oxide, biological carbon, yttrium-stabilized zirconia powder, modified talc, flatting agent, dispersant, curing agent, solvent, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated paraffin, nano titanium dioxide, preservative, thickener, toughening agent, and silane coupling agent, (ii) taking epoxy resin, fluorocarbon resin, and wetting dispersant together in the reaction kettle, slowly heating to 70-72 degrees C, then mechanically high-speed stirring, and mixing for 40-70 minutes to obtain first mixture, (iii) adding graphene oxide, biological carbon, yttrium-stabilized zirconia powder, modified talc, graphene dispersant, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated paraffin, nano titanium dioxide, and solvent into the first mixture obtained in the step (ii), performing first microwave treatment for 10-15 minutes to obtain first mixed solution, absorbing first mixed solution into micro-sand mill by vacuum extractor to obtain second mixed solution, and (iv) adding flatting agent, curing agent, preservative, thickener, toughening agent, and silane coupling agent to the second mixed solution obtained in the step (iii), and uniformly mixing to obtain the finished product; and (2) heat collector, where the inner wall of heat collector has anticorrosive coating comprising graphene anticorrosive coating.
