▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional SPR chip comprises a bottom plate, an initiator layer and a polymer layer. The bottom plate is plated with a gold layer. The initiator layer is arranged on surface of gold layer. The polymer layer is grown on the initiator layer. The polymer layer is a carboxylated polymer layer. The carboxylated polymer comprises carboxylated oligoethylene glycol methacrylate and/or carboxylated hydroxyethyl methacrylate. The graphene oxide layer grows on surface of the polymer layer. USE - Three-dimensional SPR chip for screening and identification of blood-type isotype antibody (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional SPR chip has rapidity, non-labelling, high sensitivity, and high precision, directly and simply screens and identifies blood-type isotype antibody. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing three-dimensional SPR chip, by forming an initiator layer on the bottom plate coated with a gold layer; adding reaction solution and initiating the growth of monomers under anaerobic conditions and polymerizing it on initiator layer to form a polymer layer, and then subjecting polymer to carboxylation, where reaction solution uses water and methanol at a volume ratio of 1:1 as a solvent, and solute includes 6.67mM 2-2'bipyridyl, 0.42M oligoethylene glycol methacrylate and/or hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.003mM copper chloride and 0.003mM ascorbic acid; and adding graphene oxide solution to grow the graphene oxide layer on surface of polymer layer to obtain a three-dimensional SPR chip.
