▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing thermally conductive sheet comprises (a) mixing and stirring a graphene material and a resin in a solvent to prepare a first thermally conductive composition; (b) dispersing and exfoliating the prepared first thermally conductive composition to prepare a second thermally conductive composition comprising a graphene material dispersed in the resin; (c) extruding the second thermally conductive composition in a roll to roll method using three or more rolls to prepare an extruded product in which the graphene material is oriented in the thickness direction of the roll; (d) preparing a cured mold by curing the extruded product in which the prepared graphene material is oriented; and (e) cutting the cured mold to a predetermined thickness using a cutter in the direction in which the graphene material is oriented. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing thermally conductive sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method has easy orientation of thermally conductive material included in the thermally conductive composition in the thickness direction of the roll, and does not require a resin impregnation process and provides high thermal conductivity to the sheet in both vertical and horizontal directions.
