NOVELTY - A carbon nitride-graphene-coated lithium iron phosphate composite cathode material comprises 0.2-5 %mass carbon nitride, 0.1-5 %mass graphene and 90-99.7 %mass lithium iron phosphate. USE - Carbon nitride-graphene-coated lithium iron phosphate composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nitride-graphene-coated lithium iron phosphate composite cathode material has excellent capacity at low temperature of -20 degrees C, electrochemical property and electroconductivity, low primary particle size and uniform secondary particle size distribution.
