NOVELTY - Production of graphene involves high-speed homogenizing dispersion solution containing expanded graphite and a dispersing agent, preparing feed solution, and high-pressure homogenizing by passing through a high-pressure homogenizer having an inlet unit, an outlet unit and a micro channel for connecting the inlet unit and outlet unit. USE - Production of graphene used for electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient production of graphene having uniform size, and excellent electron mobility, electroconductivity, chemical stability, mechanical property and thermal conductivity.
