NOVELTY - Rubber filler comprises 8-18 pts. wt. modified nano calcium carbonate, 2-6 pts. wt. modified mica filler, 1-5 pts. wt. fumed silica, 2-6 pts. wt. nano sepiolite, 2-6 pts. wt. polyurethane elastomer, 1-7 pts. wt. talc, 2-6 pts. wt. carboxylated graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 3-5 pts. wt. low molecular coupling agent, 2-8 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, and 1-5 pts. wt. nano antimony tin oxide powder. USE - Used as rubber filler. ADVANTAGE - The filler: has high elasticity car boot; enhances the elasticity of the rubber; extends the service life of rubber; increases modified nano sepiolite activity, and tensile strength of the rubber compound; increases elongation at break and the flexibility; can improve the dispersion of fumed silica; reduce viscosity; improves processing fluidity; has thermal stability, and weather resistance.
