NOVELTY - Manufacturing copper-graphene plied yarn comprises (a) preparing first yarn by twisting yarn containing graphene containing 0.025-0.035 wt.% graphene powder relative to total weight of one yarn in clockwise or counterclockwise direction, (b) preparing second yarn by twisting copper-containing yarn comprising fiber and conductive plating layer formed of copper sulfide particles covering surface of fiber in counterclockwise or clockwise direction and (c) plying first yarn and second yarn at weight ratio of 1:1.6-1:2 so that first yarn surrounds second yarn by using second yarn as test.The plating layer of copper-containing yarn is formed by plating fiber at 60-80° C for 20-120 minutes after impregnating fiber with plating solution containing reducing agent containing sodium thiosulfate and copper sulfate. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing copper-graphene plied yarn. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent antibacterial properties without natural ultraviolet sterilization, emits far-infrared rays and copper-graphene plied yarn prevents human infection by microorganisms, improves health through far-infrared rays, has excellent electrical conductivity, protects human body from electromagnetic waves, has excellent friction fastness and washing fastness and minimizes decrease in electrical conductivity and feeling of hot or cold to the user who uses it. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for fabric comprising copper-graphene plied yarn manufactured by above method.
