▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensing device (100) has a substrate (432), one or more electrodes (436) and a sensor array that is mounted on substrate and is comprised of multiple carbon-based sensors (434) coupled to one or more electrodes. The carbon-based sensors are configured to react with unique groups of analytes in response to electromagnetic signal received from an external device. The first material is comprised of cobalt-decorated carbon nano-onions (CNOs) configured to detect presence of one or more of triacetone triperoxide (TATP), toluene, ammonia, or hydrogen sulfide. The second material is comprised of iron-decorated three-dimensional (3D) graphene-inclusive structures configured to confirm the presence of toluene. The substrate is comprised of paper or flexible polymer. The carbon-based sensors are comprised of multiple different graphene allotropes. The carbon-based sensors are comprised of a polymer configured to bind multiple different graphene allotropes to one another. USE - Sensing device for detecting analytes within package or container. ADVANTAGE - The improvements of chemical and vapor sensors are achieved. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the sensing device.
