NOVELTY - A high-temperature-resistant insulating coating comprises 20-50 parts mass organic silicon film forming agent, 5-10 parts mass inorganic filler, 0.1-0.3 part mass gas-phase silicon dioxide, 12-15 parts mass organic solvent, 0.3-1 part mass silane coupling agent, 1-3 parts mass oily dispersant and 0.2-0.6 parts mass defoamer. USE - High-temperature-resistant insulating coating used in metal substrates and graphene heating films for heating electric appliances. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent performance, simple preparation process, easy implementation and great commercial potential. The polysiloxane and/or polysilazane are used, so the coating has high temperature resistance while strong adhesive force is ensured. The mica powder, boron nitride or aluminum oxide are used to ensure the coating has high breakdown resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-temperature-resistant insulating coating, which involves sequentially adding organic silicon film forming agent, inorganic filler, fumed silica, organic solvent, silane coupling agent, oily dispersant and defoamer in ball mill according to a required ratio, setting the rotating speed of the ball mill to be 10-100 rpm, and setting the ball milling time to be 5-10 hours.
