NOVELTY - The method involves selecting and sieving graphene raw material. Impurities are removed. The graphene raw material is uniformly dried. The graphene raw material is polished through a grinding device. Grinded raw material powder is sieved. Grinded powder quality is ensured to reach requirements of reaction. Graphene powder after grinding is added into a reaction kettle. The graphene powder is mixed with chemical reagent. A top surface of a machine body is fixedly installed with a feeding hopper. A bottom end of the machine body is fixedly installed with a supporting frame. A middle portion of a side surface of the machine body is provided with a window. An inner portion of the machine body is provided with a grinding assembly. A bottom end of the grinding assembly is provided with a sieving assembly. An inner portion of a grinding barrel (3) is fixedly sleeved with a locating rod (301). USE - Method for preparing graphene raw material in biological medicine and drug delivery applications. Uses include but are not limited to optical, electrical, mechanical property, material learning and micro-nano processing fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving grinding effect of raw material and reaction effect of raw material powder through setting of an auxiliary component and ensuring quality of grinding. The method enables making that raw material difficult to pass through a filter layer plate is pushed out to avoid material distributing plate blockage and improve grinding efficiency. The method enables pushing and sieving the powder after grinding through an auxiliary rod and inclined mounting of an auxiliary push plate.
