▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Double-layer hydrogel dressing comprises an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer comprises 60-80 pts. wt. chitosan sulfate or its derivatives, 15-35 pts. wt. cross-linking agent and 1-3 pts. wt. bioactive filler, and the outer layer comprises 2-5 pts. wt. natural polysaccharide, 8-15 pts. wt. film forming agent and 85-95 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - The dressing is useful in wound repairing (claimed), and as protective barrier for covering wound and absorbing wound exudation liquid. ADVANTAGE - The dressing: has high biological activity, biodegradability and effect of promoting wound; provides excellent environment for fast repairing of the wound; has excellent antibacterial effect; avoids inflammation and abscess during wound healing; reduces the risk of wound infection; realizes fast sealing of wounds; and provides efficient and fast treatment method for daily and field wound treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the dressing, comprising (i) dissolving chitosan sulfate or its derivatives in water, then adding a cross-linking agent and a bioactive filler, and uniformly stirring to form an inner layer hydrogel, and (ii) dissolving the natural polysaccharide in an organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding a film-forming agent and uniformly mixing to obtain the outer layer hydrogel; and using the dressing in wound repairing, comprising specifically coating the inner layer of hydrogel on the wound, and then coating the outer layer of hydrogel to form a protective film on the wound after volatilizing the solvent.
