▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A 0.05 ppm or more hydrogen sulfide gas detecting sensor comprises substrate, single-layer graphene sheet arranged above the substrate, and metal nanoparticles arranged on the graphene sheet. The metal nanoparticles comprise 4.76 wt.% iron nanoparticles and 95.24 wt.% silver nanoparticles. USE - Hydrogen sulfide gas detecting sensor used in landfill site and biogas generation site, dye and cosmetics manufacturing industry, and sulfur and sulfuric acid manufacturing industry. ADVANTAGE - The sensor detects hydrogen sulfide gas with high sensitivity and high selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the sensor, which involves depositing a single layer of graphene sheet above the substrate, and doping metal nanoparticle mixture on the upper portion of the graphene sheet.
