NOVELTY - A composite nano antibacterial mask comprises mask component provided with seamless pressing edge, outer protective non-woven fabric layer, graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial layer, spray filter layer and soft skin-friendly inner layer from the outside to the inside. The top between outer protective non-woven fabric layer and graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial layer is provided with adjustable nose bridge strip. The two sides of outer protective non-woven fabric layer are symmetrically provided with high elastic ear straps and the mask component is compressed with several horizontal folds in horizontal direction. USE - Composite nano antibacterial mask. ADVANTAGE - The composite mask has four-layer structure, strong water absorption effect, release of highly active silver ions to inhibit bacteria and viruses, bacteria filtration rate of more than 99.7% and cycle life of up to 7 days by drying mask using hot air of the hair dryer to blow for two or three minutes and continue to use or by placing mask in a ventilated place, dry it and can be used the next day. When user breathes moist gas, the mask will release silver ions for long time to kill bacteria. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the composite nano antibacterial mask, which involves spreading polypropylene non-woven fabric base material on metal flat plate, adding deionized water to graphene oxide, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide-water dispersion, adding nano antibacterial fillers in dark, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm for 2-2.5 hours, repeatedly washing with deionized water, filtering, dissolving residue in solvent, stirring to obtain 10-15 wt.% spinning solution, feeding spinning solution into syringe, placing spinneret on top of metal flat plate covered with polypropylene non-woven fabric at 40-50 degrees C under relative humidity of 40-60% where surface density of polypropylene non-woven fabric is 45-65 g/m2, passing spinning solution in the spinneret from syringe pump through pipeline, spraying spinning solution on polypropylene non-woven fabric substrate, removing polypropylene non-woven fabric substrate loaded with graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial material from metal plate, compounding another layer of polypropylene non-woven fabric on graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial material to form composite structure of outer protective non-woven fabric layer and graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial layer, vacuum drying composite structure of outer protective non-woven fabric layer and graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial layer at 30-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours, leaving still for 10-15 hours, laminating outer protective non-woven fabric layer, graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial layer, melt spray filter layer and soft skin-friendly inner layer in order, heating, pressing the periphery to make the mask component, pressing the several horizontal folds, installing nose pads on top between the outer protective non-woven fabric layer and the graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial layer, installing adjustable nose bridges on the lower side of the nose pads, symmetrically hot-pressing two sides of the outer protective non-woven fabric layer with high-elastic ear straps.
