▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing coating comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) reacting graphene oxide dispersion liquid and silicon-based material under alkaline conditions to obtain dispersion liquid of graphene oxide of supported silica, (iii) subjecting graphene of supported silica to modification reaction with chemical modifier to obtain dispersion of graphene of loaded modified silica, and (iv) spraying modified silica-loaded graphene dispersion on surface of adhesion layer to obtain coating. USE - The method is useful in preparing coating in field of antifouling as antifouling materials (claimed), and in fields of aviation, electric power and energy. ADVANTAGE - The method: is environmental friendly, simple, economical, and suitable for industrial production. The coating: has functions of self-cleaning, antistatic, anticorrosion and antibacterial; and also has superhydrophobicity with synergistic effect of graphene wrinkle structure, microstructure of nanoscale silica and chemical modification of chlorosilanes.
