▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electric-conduction element is provided with drain electrode layer (2) and source electrode layer (3) which are provided on surface of graphene-type material layer, or interlayer or insulator substrate (7). The graphene-type material layer has graphene oxide or graphene (6) laminated on gate electrode layer (1) which interposes ion intermediary conductive material layer and insulator substrate. The ion intermediary conductive material layer has ion conductor (5) which can conduct hydrogen ion or oxygen ion (8). USE - Electric-conduction element is used in electronic apparatus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nonvolatile electric-conduction element has excellent durability, and is effectively operated by controlling band gap of electron state of graphene material. Since detachment and provision of oxygen of graphene oxide or graphene hardly advance when no voltage is applied, the element can perform non-volatile operation without special structure. Since there are no problems such as freezing of electrolyte solution at low temperature or high temperature, evaporation or boiling, by not using electrolyte solution, the element can be operated at wide temperature range.
