NOVELTY - 2-Dimensional structured transition metal oxide manufacturing involves preparing graphene oxide sheet (110), and then dispersing the prepared graphene oxide sheet in a solvent. The graphene oxide sheet is reduced by reducing the graphene oxide sheet into reduced graphene oxide sheet (210) is provided to the solvent in which the graphene oxide sheet is dispersed under heating conditions to form preliminary structure. USE - Method for manufacturing 2-dimensional structured transition metal oxide. ADVANTAGE - The grout liquid injection device has simple structure, efficiently injects grout liquid to the sub-base layer, and provides easy construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 2-Dimensional structured transition metal oxide manufacturing involves preparing graphene oxide sheet (110), and then dispersing the prepared graphene oxide sheet in a solvent. The graphene oxide sheet is reduced by reducing the graphene oxide sheet into reduced graphene oxide sheet (120), where a transition metal precursor (210) is provided to the solvent in which the graphene oxide sheet is dispersed under heating conditions to form preliminary structure having a transition metal compound (220) bonded to the reduced graphene oxide sheet preliminary structure. The transition metal oxide is prepared from the transition metal compound for preparing secondary preliminary structure in which the transition metal oxide is bound to the reduced graphene oxide sheet by heat treating the former preliminary structure. The reduced graphene oxide sheet is removed from the latter preliminary structure to produce sheet structure having two-dimensional structure. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a sheet structure, which involves fabricating the sheet structure and coating the sheet structure on a current collector.
